While many fellows aren't new to coding, they are new to collaboration and how production level code is reviewed, QAed, and deployed. Hands on experience is the differentiator that helps them land their first role as well as ramp and retain it.
Fellows will have an issue scoped for them and they'll drive in the pairing session with Copilot prompts. You'll help guide them with what questions to ask and how to test their answers.
